For the first time I'm starting to wonder if maybe we've bitten off more than we can chew down here...

Hang in there Mr. Jon, it will take a bit of getting used too. You are great at what you do worth every penny they pay you. Have a little faith in yourself, b/c if anyone can do it, it's you.
